How to Track Your Order
- Place your order through our store.
- Wait for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Once shipped, we’ll provide your tracking number.
- Enter your tracking number on our Order Tracking page to view your shipment status.
Tracking Information Not Updated?
Sometimes tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped. This can happen while the shipping carrier processes and scans your package.
If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact our customer support with your order number and tracking number.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
